Messiah’s Staff

Inese Dahl

Inese Dahl is our Director of Christian Education.  Her area of responsibility is Family Ministry and Education.  She is also our Campus Minister to UCSC

Barbara Lee

Barbara Lee joined Messiah in 2004 as our lead secretary and receptionist.  Her normal hours are Monday through Wednesday from 9 am to 1 pm.

Laura Nelson

Laura Nelson joined Messiah’s staff in 2007 and is responsible for most of the production of the Messiah’s printed material including newsletters, bulletins and PowerPoint slides. Her normal hours are Wednesday through Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.

Gretchen Thigpen

Gretchen Thigpen has been our Preschool Director since It’s origination in 1990.

Pastor Richard Rice

Rev. Richard R. Rice

Pastor Rice has been the pastor of Messiah Lutheran since September of 2001.  Pastor Rice has been in ministry for 20 years.
