Overnight/Weekends Permit Parking

Summer 2026 contracts available beginning 5/1/26

How much is the permit?

$750 per school calendar year, September 15, 2026 thru June 15, 2027.

$200 per summer quarter, June 15, 2026 thru September 15, 2026.

Payments may be made by cash, check or electronic.

Who is eligible for overnight/weekend permits?

Overnight/weekend permits are reserved for 1st & 2nd year UCSC students who are prohibited from parking a vehicle on campus.

You must have on-campus student housing. A copy of the residence confirmation from UCSC Housing is required with your application.

When is my permit valid?

Your permit is valid 24/7, overnight, including weekends.

I have filled out my application. Now what?

Your application IS NOT confirmed until payment is received. We must receive full payment within 7 days of your application.

How do I get my actual permit? Can you mail it to me?

Come in to the office to collect your permit. We do not mail permits.

What is the deadline to apply for a permit?

Permits are available on a first come, first served basis until sold out.
